Embedded Software Design Engineer - Electronics - US MNC Faridabad

Opening for Embedded software design Engineer to handle customer RFQs around PM product developments and offer customized solutions. Responsible for debugging and failure analysis of BLDC motors.

Location: DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Major Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communications and offer best-in-class BLDC products and solutions.
• Own the product reliability, firmware customization, and PCB layout design from concept to final.
• Conduct testing and simulations of software and hardware.
• Manage customer designs and developments, prioritizing daily activities.
• Perform PCBA testing, debugging, and collaborate with electronics contract manufacturers.
• Demonstrate excellent exposure to power electronics and firmware design.
• Work closely with customer, sales, and manufacturing teams to identify and address product gaps.
• Lead PCBA designs, schematics, hardware designs, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and components.
• Develop controllers for FCU units for ME requirements.
• Provide customer support and reduce field failure returns.
• Finalize low-cost DC motors for lower HP ODU and IDU applications.
• Prepare and update EMS and in-house production plants with ICT and FCT for smooth production of low-cost DC motor manufacturing.
• Support production for manufacturing of PM motors for smooth in-house operations.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience in embedded software and hardware designs.
• Good exposure to BLDC/power electronics.

CTC: Up to 16 Lacs The salary hike as per industry standards will also depend on the candidates last drawn salary, education, experience, competency, and evaluation during the interview.
