Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
Perform regular campaign performance analysis, generating reports and actionable insights to meet business objectives.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and audience targeting refinements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and digital advertising trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with allocated spends and KPIs.
Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Work on remarketing and audience segmentation to improve retention and engagement.
Experience Required :
Proven experience of 2-5 years managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable success.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Experience with conversion tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and other PPC platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack.
Qualifications/Certifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Mandatory: Google Ads Certification (current and valid).
