Performance Monitoring Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms. Analyze data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
Content Creative Input:
Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging digital content, including ads, landing pages, emails, and social media posts. Provide creative input to ensure all digital assets are optimized for performance and align with campaign goals.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining budgetary constraints. Provide regular reports on budget allocation, spend, and performance to the Marketing Manager.
Audience Segmentation Targeting:
Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach specific audiences, including account-based marketing (ABM) tactics for key clients and prospects. Develop personalized campaign strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all digital channels. Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
