Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field required; 6+ years of work experience, with equivalent technical experience considered as a substitute.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong expertise in Angular or another advanced JavaScript front-end framework.
- Deep knowledge of C# and .NET technologies.
- Experience with Python preferred.
- Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.
- Proven experience with large relational databases; familiarity with MS SQL Server preferred.
- Familiarity with SSIS and PostgreSQL is welcomed but not required
- Skilled in software design patterns and distributed systems practices.
- Knowledge of automated testing methods, including unit and integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, particularly Azure DevOps, highly regarded.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, AWS Batch, SNS, SQS, ECR, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Serve as a major contributor to the design and implementation of the projects overall architecture.
- Lead the development and delivery of software projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with agile teams and cross-functional groups to define, design, and launch new features.
- Mentor junior developers in development best practices.
- Conduct code and design reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Manage CI/CD systems to streamline and automate deployment processes.
- Ensure application quality and responsiveness.
- Actively participate in team meetings and ceremonies, such as architecture discussions, refinements, retrospectives, demos, and standups, to drive continuous improvement.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
