Marketing Executive (Performance & Digital Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management strategies across all marketing channels, focusing on KPIs, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
• Regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Lead and optimize campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, SEO, content, etc.) to maximize performance and reach.

2. Website Management & Optimization:

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website, ensuring it aligns with the brand, delivers a positive user experience, and is SEO-friendly.
• Work closely with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality, design, and overall user experience.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements in speed, usability, and conversion rates.
• Ensure the website is regularly updated with fresh content, relevant offers, and new product information.
• Lead SEO efforts, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategies to improve organic search rankings.

3. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the companys goals, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, etc.) to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive sales.Role & responsibilities
