Virtual Relationship Executive (Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Present and promote our products/services effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in outbound sales in call centre OR Candidate with good English communication skills and sales experience.
• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
