Job Role:
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable property options.
Database Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Customer Support: Address client queries and provide post-call support to ensure customer satisfaction.
