Vice President - Affluent Banking & Retail Wealth - Bank (10-30 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Private Wealth Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an affluent client portfolio, providing strategic financial advice, and delivering tailored investment solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to client management, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

- Conduct regular client meetings to assess financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Offer personalized financial advice based on client needs.

Wealth Management Solutions:

- Provide advisory on investments, mutual funds, fixed-income products, insurance, and other financial instruments.

- Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring alignment with market trends and financial objectives.

- Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk management strategies.

- Identify and onboard new HNWI clients through networking, referrals, and other sources.

- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and up-selling suitable financial products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions.

- Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and market updates for clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 3-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and taxation.

- Proven track record of managing and growing HNWI portfolios.
