Job Descriptions:

• Responsible For The Preparation, Implementation, Delivery, And Management Of Events Team (Made Up Internal Staff, Consultants, And External Contractors) For Scheduled Events, Optimizing Pr Exposure And Related Advertising And Promotion Opportunity During That Period.
• Coordinate With Retailers During Events And Promotions
• Ensure Adherence To Mall Sops While Executing The Events.
• Execute Csr Events To Bring Goodwill.
• Ensure All Events And Promotions Conducted Are Within The Legal Framework.
• Ensures that customers experience a high standard of quality At the event.
• Coordinate With The Liaison Department For All License Related Documents / Activities For The Event
• Coordinate With the Operations Department For Event Related Activities
• Regularly Monitor The Information Related To The Brand On The Company Website As Well As Social Media Platforms. Communicate Regularly With Website Team To Provide Accurate And Current Information To Visitors On All Digital Platforms.
• Support Team In Rolling Out Of Campaigns From Briefing To Execution. Responsible For making sure post-campaign reports are compiled and circulated on time.
• Provide Content For Social Media Platforms to the Digital Team.
• Ensuring All Agencies Submit Billing Accurately And On Time To Be Processed By Finance.

Qualification: Any degree
