Job Description
- Invoicing Process & Operational Launches:
- Oversee and streamline the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead operational launches, ensuring all necessary resources, processes, and staff are aligned for success.
- Manage the complete operational cycle, from planning through execution and evaluation.
- End-to-End Operations Management:
- Coordinate and oversee all facets of the operation, from production and logistics to delivery and customer service.
- Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the operations pipeline to ensure smooth functioning.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, procurement, and HR, to support cross-functional objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly.
- Key Account Management:
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to their operational needs.
- Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on account performance data to improve service quality.
- MBA is required, preferably with a focus on Operations Management or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, invoicing processes, and stakeholder engagement.
