Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to enhance our sales and marketing efforts. This role is vital in driving new business development while ensuring exceptional client support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand our customer base.
Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients by answering questions and resolving issues related to their insurance policies, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance client experiences.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or relationship management.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
