Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our trading platform/app for a seamless and effective financial journey for our clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring a seamless and efficient trading experience for our clients on these platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the business objectives in terms of user experience and customer service parameters for stock broking business.
• Ownership of the product strategy and roadmap. The owner is responsible to manage all aspects of the product experience throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, writing BRD, customer insights/needs, market gaps/need and requirements definition to drive release level features.
• Lead the competitor analysis and gaps with in the business operations in terms of offerings, platforms and processes.
• Identify avenues of process improvement to save upon operational costs or reduce turnaround time for servicing.
• Develop deep understanding of needs of various customer cohorts and lines of business and ensure that the offerings are competitive and increasing market share
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors and applying data-driven strategies to provide a seamless trading experience to the clients with operational efficiency.
• Use data analytics, product metrics, market and UX research, competitive and market analysis to drive new customer insights and prioritize product initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand & talk technology along with deep understanding of consumer behaviour to support product delivery from concept to implementation.
• Prior experience in CRM, Marketing Automation will be an advantage.
• Illustrated proven ability to understand complex business requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional product solutions based on customer expectations.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry would be an added advantage.
