Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Communication - Pharma (5-14 yrs)

We have been mandated for the below mentioned role for a leading Pharma company.

Position: AM/ Mgr Corporate Communication

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be managing internal and external communications, building brand reputation, and driving engagement through strategic content. He will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft clear, consistent messaging that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance corporate image and brand reputation.

- Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and internal campaigns, to ensure consistent and engaging employee messaging.

- Coordinate with senior leadership and other departments to align communication initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities.

- Draft speeches, messages, and content for the leadership team for public events, conferences, reports, internal events, social channels, etc.

- Manage corporate social media channels and oversee the creation of content to ensure timely and relevant engagement.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media presence, and public perception of the company, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure all communications are aligned with the company's brand voice and comply with industry standards and regulations.
