Chief Engineer

Role & responsibilities -

Solving break down problems efficiently with minimum time for repair. ● Maintain the logbook corrective &preventive actions & implementation. ● Record problem faced during the break down and the related remedialactions in the log book. ● Create logs report in excel and send toGeneralManager on daily basis. ● Priorities plan,schedule assign and supervise the engineering departmentstaff. ● Respond to guests maintenance needs promptly and ensure guests receive professional, efficient prompt and courteous service to hotel standards. ● Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed. ● Discuss with regarding status and inspection reports. ● Responsibility for the cleanliness and safety aspects allplant andmechanical and electrical equipment and room ● Installation & maintenance of all equipment related to HVAC, DG Sets, Water treatment, Fire Safety, Etc.
