Key Responsibilities

5. Primary point of contact for clients regarding field-related matters

Skills Required

1. Responsible for Doorstep Biometric KYC services
2. Responsible for verification of Client data

3. Verifying KYC documentation of the Clients to be adopted/reviewed.

4. Perform the risk assessment of the Client to be adopted/reviewed.

5. Signing off on new client adoptions and periodic reviews

6. Manage New Client Adoption or Periodic Review stream, to ensure that all requests are approved in accordance with regulatory requirements and the banks internal policies.

7. Communicate project updates, address client inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Mandatory selection criteria required

1. A Two-wheeler with valid driving license

2. A smartphone with version 11 and above

3. PAN Card and Aadhaar Card that is linked with Digi locker
