• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to provide pricing for customized client requirements.

Budget Planning:

• Analyze historical data and current trends to create job budgets and ensure profitability.
• Monitor project costs and suggest cost optimization strategies.

Technical Understanding:

• Interpret and analyze client specifications and technical drawings to prepare estimates.
• Coordinate with production teams to understand process capabilities and limitations.

Vendor Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain cost details for materials and services.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of all cost estimates and job files for audit purposes.
• Generate reports on cost deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Process Improvement:

• Proactively suggest improvements in costing and estimation processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
