Senior Tech: Cath Lab

Role: Cath Lab Technician

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

What You’ll Do:

• Patient preparation: Clean, shave, and anesthetize the patient for procedures, and explain the process to them 
• Equipment preparation: Ensure equipment is in working order, and prepare and maintain sterile instruments and equipment 
• Procedure monitoring: Monitor patient vital signs and EKG readouts, and alert doctors to anything abnormal 
• Procedure assistance: Assist doctors and nurses during procedures by handing instruments, managing catheters, and prepping balloon angioplasty devices 
• Post-procedure care: Care for vascular access sites and monitor for complications like bleeding 
• Patient education: Educate patients about cardiology and explain test procedures 
• Record keeping: Maintain patient records, procedure logs, and other required paperwork 
• Quality assurance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, and adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards 

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma in Operation Theatre with minimum 5 years of experience in Cath Lab
• Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
