Role & responsibilities

• Doctor Share Calculation of those doctors which are on Gross Contribution, Variable & Net Revenue model.
• Coordination with Vendors, Doctors & Department regarding their queries & solve before TAT.
• Maintain Agreement Tracker of Doctors, International & Domestic Parties.
• Preparation of Revenue & KPI on monthly basis with Revenue reconciliation
• Knowledge of Healthcare MIS for (Business and Regional Review Meeting) PPT by taking all departments input.
• Preparation of Budget with the inputs & suggestions of respective stakeholders.
• Coordination with CMS, MKTT and HR Department for renewal of Doctors Agreement & any amendment requires in agreement.
• Prepare Outstanding VS Collection Tracker & if deduction is more than expected than same is deduct from doctor payout.
• Ensure Revenue Allocate Correctly to Treating Doctors.
• Prepare Department wise Contribution (Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Non Invasive, Cardiology, Anesthesia, Critical Care etc.
• Cash Reco on & if any discrepancy in Reco then the same will send to IT Team (SAP).
• Prepare Consumption Variation Analysis Report Speciality & Payor wise.
• Prepare Speciality wise & Channel Wise Gross Contribution.
• Prepare Doctors Productivity Report on monthly basis.
• Prepare Price Revision Impact of Room Rent, Investigation & Procedures.
• Calculate International & Domestic Payout parties by referring their agreement terms.
• Coordinate with PCS & Cashier to ensure Patient refund process on time.
• Invoice Booking of Doctor Payout, Facilitation Fees, AVIP Payout.
• Ad-hoc Reports and MIS Reporting whenever require.
