Manipal Hospital - Legal & Compliance Role - LLB (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced Legal Professionals to join our team at Manipal Hospitals!.

Role: Compliance

Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do:

- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across group hospitals.

- Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures.

- Conduct audits, track metrics, and generate compliance reports.

- Assess and mitigate compliance risks; advise management on risk strategies.

- Collaborate with legal, operations, and quality teams to address compliance issues.

- Maintain accurate records and submit regulatory reports on time.

- Manage real estate profiles, conduct due diligence, and handle lease renewals.

- Draft and register agreements (LOIs, leases, sale documents) while ensuring smooth lessor relations.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Law.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Good communication skills, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills.
