MS-SQL Developer

Experienced MS SQL Server Developer to design, implement, refine and support all business systems and databases. The position will be responsible for maintaining existing applications, integrating with 3rd party systems and developing new systems and reports as needed. The role demands a logical, process oriented person with a wide skill set and an appetite for translating complex business requirements into simple, elegant solutions. This position requires excellent communication, technical and project management skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

- Create and maintain SQL data feeds both in and out of our internal and partner systems

- Design, develop and maintain data driven systems as needed

- Assist in data analysis and data modeling.

- Design, deploy, and maintain reporting solutions based on a variety of data sources.

- Employ best practices for design, implementation and data security.

- Interface with the vendors of our 3rd party systems as a technical liaison.

Technical skills and experience required for this position will include :

- Significant experience architecting and managing databases

- Solid understanding of T-SQL and SQL design principles (MS-SQL).

- Proficient with Crystal Reports, SQL Reports or other, similar report writing tools.

- Experience with MySQL and MS Access and other database formats is a plus.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred.

- Expert in T-SQL with minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience.

- Deep knowledge of advance SQL Queries (DDL / DML)

- Deep knowledge of Stored Procedures & Functions

- Deep knowledge of normalization and optimization

- Good knowledge of Database Design

- Must have knowledge of a full functionality implementation.
