Retail Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing advice
• Selling: Recommending products, up-selling, and processing purchases
• Inventory management: Receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies
• Sales targets: Working towards sales goals and contributing to the store's success
• Loss prevention: Monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies
• Visual merchandising: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Promotions: Understanding and promoting current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs

• Should have good communication skill.

• Competent enough to achieve given sales targets.
