Staff Nurse - Female - (full time B. Sc Nursing)

Role & responsibilities

1) Provide efficient healthcare services including OPD/IPD,First Aid, Emergency Management, continuous monitoring of critical patients etc

2) Administration and Record keeping

3) Proper Stake holder management by providing Nursing & Medical advice to all level of employees and their family members as & when required

4) Active participation in all management / department Initiatives on Safety, health, HR practices.

5) Ensure effective liaison with company empaneled Health specialists / Doctors.

6) Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and applicable standards.

7) Ensure proper systems and management of medical service related bills and contracts, MIS preparation, management reporting and medical waste disposal

8) Under supervision of medical superintendent and HR, organize medical camps/ awareness programs for employees, workers and community

Preferred candidate profile

B.sc - Nursing with minimum 5 yrs quality experience from reputed 30 Bedded Hospital
