Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries for vision systems.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer needs, particularly in sectors like manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and retail.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their pain points and propose tailored vision system solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote Yeppars vision system products.
  • Consultative Selling & Product Positioning:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in computer vision and AI-based solutions, offering consultative support to clients.
  • Customize and position Yeppar’s vision systems to meet specific business requirements, demonstrating the ROI and value.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and other strategic allies to expand Yeppar’s market reach.
  • Market Feedback & Product Improvement:
  • Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the product team to refine and enhance vision system offerings.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure Yeppar remains a leader in the vision systems space

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the tech, AI, or computer vision industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in complex, high-value solution selling.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of computer vision technologies and AI applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
