Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems

Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches

Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and problems

Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements

Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems

Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures

Providing technical support to end-users

Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets business requirements
