Hiring For Account Executive (SAP)

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Analyze financial statements, performance, and trends to identify areas for improvement and risks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual financial performance.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in the annual budgeting process by working with departments to gather data and create budget forecasts.
• Develop and update financial forecasts to reflect changes in business conditions.
3. Cost Management & Optimization
• Analyze costs and recommend strategies
• Monitor expense trends
4. Data Collection & Reconciliation
• Collect financial data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and work to resolve issues.
5. Process Improvement
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
