Hiring For System Requirement Engineer

Skills:

• System Architecture, Design and Analysis
• Product knowledge (preferably Brakes)
• Analyzing the customer requirement & derive system (functional and non-functional) requirements.
• Review and release the System Requirements Specification.
• Communicate the system requirements to the relevant stakeholders team
• Traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements and feature list.
• Actively participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Knowledge of product development processes for automotive OEMs.
• Basic understanding of the requirement authoring rules and guidelines.
• Ensure reliability, availability, maintainability, safety, and security & privacy aspects for the system.

Requirement

• Sensors basic knowhow
• ISO26262, INCOSE Guideline, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288: 2023
• VDA305 specifications.
• Knowledge of Diagnostics, OBD Diagnostic Specification, CAN link protocols and Standards
• Good knowledge of automotive standard like A-SPICE
• Knowledge and experience in tool like DOORS or PTC Integrity
• System Architecture Design by using Enterprise Architecture
• Configuration management: SVN Tortoise, JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of Technical Safety Requirements and Functional Safety Requirements
