Job Description (Role & Responsibilities)

• Design, implement, and optimize efficient algorithms for complex software systems.
• Work on data structures, search algorithms, sorting, graph algorithms, and computational optimization.
• Develop algorithms for real-time processing, large-scale data handling, and system automation.
• Analyze and improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of existing algorithms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams to integrate algorithms into production software.
• Implement multi-threaded and parallel computing solutions for performance optimization.
• Work with databases, file systems, and networking protocols to enhance system performance.
• Conduct code profiling, benchmarking, and debugging to ensure optimized execution.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in algorithm development and computational techniques.

Education & Experience

1. Experience: Skilled (3-4 year)

2. Qualification: B.Tech CSE

*Is as plus: UG/PG course on or similar to: Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Artificial Intelligence

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
• Familiarity with ML and AI algorithms and their practical applications.
• Knowledge of numerical computing methods and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of hardware acceleration concepts (e.g., GPU, FPGA) for algorithm implementation.

Skill:

• Proficient in programming languages like Python or C++ or Java.
• Hands-on experience with algorithm design and implementation for real-world problems.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Expertise in data structures, graph theory, and computational complexity analysis.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrent programming, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of database indexing, caching, and efficient query execution.
• Familiarity with file system structures, memory management.
• Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
