Manager Caster (Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities : The candidate will lead the mechanical maintenance team, look after caster oil/gas fired furnace, furnace and caster hyd.system, all caster auxiliary water & pump system, caster roll management, bearing management, twil roll continuous caster stand equipment maintenance, re-shelling section operation and maintenance, all cooling tower maintenance, caster bag house section, fabrication & workshop section planning, erection & commissioning of opex/major modification jobs/projects, strong communication skill, material management, cbm analysis of all caster section equipment, planning & execution of caster PM, Shutdown job, nitrogen generator, RO Plant maintenance. Knowledge of SAP, Safety policies and procedures, experience on safety audits, coordination with production team for timely caster roll change over.
