Essential Requirements
8 to 12 years of related experience in a professional role
2 years of management / leadership experience
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team
Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement and strategic planning abilities
Good knowledge of key sales and management reporting tools
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor s degree
Project Management certification such as Six Sigma or LEAN
Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
