Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Implementation and Sustenance of Integrated Management System including Internal + External Audits

2. Lead Customer audits including co-ordination and timely response on NCRs, Observations, etc.

3. Drive data analysis and fact-based improvement initiatives.

4. Interact with Global Teams on topics related to Quality Assurance, continuous improvement and Customer satisfaction.

5. Perform process audit to identify the process compliance /gaps and drive no fault forward culture.

6. Build Quality Assurance culture by training the teams on IMS, document management, root cause analysis, problem solving etc.

7. Drive Customer satisfaction including customer feedback/complaint analysis within the Organization.

8. Build Quality Assurance culture by training the teams on IMS, root cause analysis, problem solving etc.

9. Analysis of Non-conformance / Cost of Poor Quality and drive corrective & prevantive action.

Maintain and control of document management system.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ Years in Quality Management System & Continuous Improvement
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10+ years experience in a similar position
• Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 Mandatory.
• Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.
• In depth knowledge and experience of Problem-solving tools and techniques (A3,8D, RCA, MSA, etc.)
• Ability to train employees on problem solving methodology like 8D, A3 and Management System
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to coach and manage cross functional teams on aspects of Quality Improvement.
• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Mandatory, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor preferred.
• Languages: English mandatory, Hindi & Marathi is a benefit.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
