About the Role:
This role offers a career changing opportunity of being a part of a journey where we build Rewards strategy for one of the fastest growing organizations in the industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing total rewards strategy and practices (Incl STI, LTI & Benefits) across different workforce within Zeta globally (Tech & Non-tech). While doing so, you will partner/collaborate with both internal stakeholders (HR & Biz leaders) and external stakeholders (Partners, vendors, consultants, etc)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and driving the rewards strategy across eng, product and business verticals
- Assess the effectiveness of existing programs in line with external and internal equities and suggest recommendations that align with the rewards strategy
- Responsible for industry benchmarking, determining pay ranges, pay mix for the organization
- Responsible for driving variable compensation plans (short and long term incentives, executive compensation, sales incentives)
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the rewards framework through various mediums to ensure that People success, talent acquisition teams, leaders, and managers are aligned
- Design effective communication strategies to increase knowledge and awareness around the rewards philosophy and programs amongst employees
- Drive the annual appraisal process along with internal stakeholders, responsibilities include designing and implementation of review philosophy
- Responsible to guide the management within the aligned verticals in taking critical decisions with respect to all compensation, people cost, benefits etc
- Ensure we are compliant with all state and national laws with respect to compensation across levels across countries
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Own and periodically review all employee-related guidelines related to rewards and drive them to the best in the industry
- Build and maintain a state-of-the-art comprehensive wellness program with technology at the center
Skills:
- Strong design sensibility around programs and practices to impact employee experience and optimize cost
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
- Should be extremely analytical with the ability to collect, weigh and analyze data.
- She/he should be able to draw trends and see what it means to business objectives and influence management decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and manage the expectations across multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on individual with the ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment and build a structured operating model
- Innovation: You should constantly think of newer ways to motivate and reward people while ensuring we exceeds business objectives and maintain good financial health
- Communication: You should be an excellent communicator and should be able to articulate your thoughts in simple and understandable manner in order to translate that into key decisions and actions items
Experience and Qualifications:
- MBA/PG from renowned business school
- Overall experience of about 8 Years in Rewards partnering role with a a scope involving global compensation and Benefits (Across countries in US, EMEA and India)
- Experience of playing the Rewards partnering role across industries which includes Fintech, Saas, Technology Product or BFSI in India or Global GIC is preferable
- Considerable experience in creating Rewards framework for India and global markets
- In depth and operating knowledge of the Compensation, Benefits and Sales compensation
