Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Adherence to HSE policies, SOPs, applicable legal and other contractual requirements. •Monitoring of HSE leading & Lagging indicators, HSE inspections, audits at the project site. •Impart activity-specific HSE training for staff & workmen, conduct emergency mock drills as per plan. •Root cause analysis of an incident, effective implementation of corrective action, and its tracking. •Monitoring of HSE performance through set Objectives, target, and programmes. •Prepare and submit monthly MIS report on HSE to client and Head Office. •Drive HSE campaigns and events to enhance HSE Culture, i.e. NSW, WED, etc.
