Job Role : Acquisition Manager

Function : Retail Banking

Grade/ Band : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Reporting Authority : Branch Manager

Location : Mysore, Ramanagara, Mandya, Athani and Hubbali

Key Accountabilities :

1. Acquire new to bank customers for current accounts, saving accounts & term deposits by ensuring a high class service experience.
2. Manage customer on-boarding & relationship for 6 months. Ensure that the accounts acquired are active( We shall have to define Active account).
3. Cross-sell other products of the bank.
4. Conduct promotional activities in the branch catchment to promote the bank brand.
5. Ensure complete adherence to KYC & other internal guidelines.

Experience & Educational Requirements : BBA/BA/B.sc/BCom

Relevant Experience : Minimum 1 year & above experience in core banking sales with good knowledge of banking products.

Compensation & Benefits : Hike As per Market Standards under Budget + Family Insurance + Term Insurance + Monthly Incentives + Quarterly recognition + Annual appraisals.

Timings : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturday's Off)
