Job Title: Sr. Manager Operations (Infra Project & O&M Sites): Tower Division

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

Experienced professional with a proven track record in managing end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects, including BTS installation, commissioning, site acquisition, and troubleshooting. Skilled in overseeing civil and electrical infrastructure work, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across various telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Acquisition & Project Deployment:

• Lead the site acquisition process, ensuring compliance with regulations and strategic requirements.
• Plan and oversee telecom infrastructure rollouts, including civil works (GBT, RTT foundations), electrical works, and equipment installations.
• Manage the installation and commissioning of BTS, microwave, GSM systems, and NGEC controllers.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare project schedules, and monitor progress to meet delivery timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure quality standards for site installations, electrical work, and civil engineering activities.
• Conduct audits for new rollouts, expansions, and shared sites, maintaining a 100% compliance rate.
• Prepare and review quality audit records, reports, and project quality plans.

Vendor & Partner Management:

• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct vendor assessments and manage their performance.
• Organize monthly meetings with partners to discuss improvement plans and resolve deficiencies.

Operational Management & Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and resolve infrastructure issues at sites, including alarm monitoring (low fuel, battery levels, DG faults, etc.).
• Monitor infrastructure progress for NBS sites and upgrades, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Handle pre-AT and final AT processes for equipment and site installations.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Manage and train telecom installation teams on best practices and quality standards.
• Coordinate field engineers, ensuring smooth execution of engineering activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom infrastructure and project deployment.

Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software
