Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities, including material requirement planning (MRP), daily production planning, and shop floor control.
- Handle manpower (50-60) effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Implement rejection control measures to minimize defects and optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- awareness CNC,VMC, HMC,
- Ensure efficient handling of alloy wheel manufacturing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-18 years of experience in machine shop management , minimum 4 to5 years in exposure in Alloy Wheels Industries with expertise in CNC programming (VMC & HMC) and turning center operations.
- Diploma -Regular
- Strong understanding of OEE calculation and implementation for improved productivity.
