One Identity Manager (4-7 yrs)

As a One Identity Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development, implementation, and customization of Quest One Identity Manager to meet the organization's identity governance requirements.

- Design and develop complex workflows, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and approval processes, leveraging the One Identity Manager platform.

- Architect and implement advanced synchronization strategies using One Identity's synchronization engine and APIs.

- Oversee the integration of Quest One Identity Manager with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HR systems, cloud platforms, and custom applications.

- Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) policies, segregation of duties (SoD) rules, and access certification processes.

- Lead efforts to customize and develop One Identity Manager modules, such as Attestation, Role Management, IT Shop and Reporting, to align with organizational goals.

- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patching for the One Identity platform.

- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and align IAM initiatives with organizational security policies.

- Lead and mentor a team of IAM developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

- Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of One Identity Manager and recommend enhancements to improve security and operational efficiency.

- Usage of tools like Synchronization Editor, Designer, Web designer, Manager, Object browser.

Requirements :

- In-depth knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture, including the synchronization engine, API, and workflow customization.

- Strong experience with scripting languages like VBScript, PowerShell, and SQL for automating complex identity management tasks.

- Proven track record in integrating One Identity Manager with various systems, including on-premise and cloud environments (e.g Active Directory, Azure, AWS, SAP).

- Strong understanding of access governance, including RBAC, SoD, attestation, and certification processes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
