Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience in handling operations management.
• Ability to automate operations using various scripting tools
• Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB etc.
• Experience in Dev-Ops tools.
• Experience in using SLA monitoring tools
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work with multiple business functions/ capabilities
• Experience in Software Development in Java using frameworks viz., spring, Springboot etc.is desirable.

Job Profile

• Engaging in the technical discussion with Architects and Product managers and gathering requirements related to authentication.
• Responsible for managing all authentication projects.
• Responsible for managing SLA and tracking service metrics of authentication application and closure of actionable in timely manner.
• Responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
• Responsible for providing technical support and guidance to Auth support team.
• Conduct of PoC for technical evaluations.
• Responsible for providing technical support and guidance to device vendors pertaining to Registered Device Services.
• Monitoring the day to day operations and coordinating with the technical team for the resolutions if required.
• Weekly review meetings with the project manager and architects of MSAP and conducting projects reviews, updates and effectively tracking the same.
• Responsible for conducting application tests in compliance with GRCP guidelines.
• Responsible for gathering the system requirements and getting them implemented.
• Responsible for handling issues pertaining to Biometrics and face authentications.
• Responsible for handling issues pertaining to SMS Gateway solution.
• Timely generation of required reports.
