Role & responsibilities :

• Manpower planning to ensure availability of adequate manpower every day.
• Focus on productivity enhancement, productivity analysis and preparation of reports.
• Review quality parameters and quantity of claims processed and prepare data analysis reports. In case of claims denials, revalidate and reconfirm.
• Ensure at prevention of recoveries by improving quality of claims processing.
• Support recruitment and performance appraisal of the team members. Provide training to new members on various aspects of claims processing such as policies, terms & conditions etc. Share updates regularly with the members.
• Prepare/ review claims process documents and SOPs.
• Address escalations/ grievances from customers. Interact with Insurers, brokers to resolve issues which are subjective.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training of new joiners.
• Handle adjudication of claims whenever needed.
