About the Role : This position offers the opportunity to lead and shape pharmacovigilance operations at a global scale. With your expertise and our commitment to innovation, we can ensure the highest safety standards for our products, making a difference in patients lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the collection and processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from various sources worldwide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global safety regulations.
• Oversee the timely submission of safety reports to health authorities.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about evolving pharmacovigilance guidelines and industry best practices.
• Manage global literature monitoring for approved products, including monitoring health authority websites.
• Implement Safety Data Exchange requirements within pharmacovigilance operations.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacovigilance system performance, compliance, and regulatory intelligence across partners and distributors

What Youll Bring

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in M. Pharm or Life Sciences.
• Experience required : 10-12 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, demonstrating similar responsibilities and expertise.
  • Expertise in ICSR Case Processing, QC, and submissions for clinical and post-marketing cases.
  • Proficiency in Labelling Assessment, Causality Assessment, MedDRA Coding, and Narrative Writing.
  • Experience in Global Literature Monitoring and compliance tracking, including KPI measurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and standards for key regions (US, EU, ROW).
  • Technical skills in pharmacovigilance systems such as ARGUS and ARISg.

• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, Collaboration and organizational abilities.
