Data Privacy Manager / Lead

1. Key Attributes

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Privacy with overall an experience of 10-15 years
• Knowledge on Privacy enhanced technologies
• Excellent understanding of internal processes and systems of various enterprise functions.
• Quick Learner.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Privacy Certifications such CIPP/CIPT (US/EU/IT), DCPLA, DCPP

2. Competencies

• Experience in data protection strategies, implementation, and compliance
• Expertise in data protection laws and practices, including a deep understanding of IT Act 2000, GDPR
• Hands-on experience in executing data privacy projects/programs
• Periodic reporting to management on data privacy risk and compliance
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
