Manager (Coke Oven)

He will be responsible for Operation of CDQ and accessories (environment dedusting, Locomotive and coke buckets), EOT crane operation, Charging and discharging facility, SCADA & DCS handling for process parameter control. He will also be responsible for operation of 15MW WHRB Boiler & Turbine with capability of power plant project execution, scheduling, procurement follow up ,incoming material storage, erection and commissioning.

1.Operation of CDQ and accessories (environment dedusting, Locomotive and coke buckets).Optimum CDQ operation maintaining proper process parameters.(Gas temperature and pressure and outlet Coke temperature)Maintaining optimum process parameter.

2. EOT crane operation, Charging and discharging facility, SCADA & DCS handling for process parameter control.Optimum EOT crane operation, Charging and discharging facility, SCADA & DCS handling for process parameter control. Ensuring equipment availability with co-ordination with maintenance team.

3.Maintaining optimum performance and reliability of CDQ equipment and accessories.

4. Planning,Monitoring and Controlling the Operation of Boiler, TG and Power plant. On time ordering, execution, erection & commissioning, responsible of operation of power plant & its accessories with knowledge of operation principles of equipment & machinery used in power plant.

5.knowledge of the DCS/ field operation of Boiler, TG, Flue Gas Cleaning system, Fans, Pumps & all other equipment of power plant.

6. Equipment availability and 100% efficient operation of boiler, TG and power plant and its accessories. Maintaining efficiency, station heat rate, Auxiliary power consumption, Costing as per designed or finalized by the Unit.

7. Productivity, quality & cost efficiency. maintain efficiency, station heat rate, Auxiliary power consumption, Costing as per designed or finalized by the Unit.

8. Target achievement with respect to Productivity, quality & cost efficiency.

9. Shutdown planning: Daily,monthly and annual shutdown with co-ordination with maintenance team for proper and unrestrained operation of the plant.On time equipment availability at site.

10. Inspection and troubleshooting: Inspection and trouble shooting of equipment with co-ordination with maintenance and battery operation team for maintaining CDQ equipment health.Maintaining CDQ equipment health.
