Job Summary:

10+ years of experience in value engineering, cost optimization, or a related field. Proven experience leading teams and managing technical projects in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Lead and guide the Cost-Out team and Should-Costing team, fostering collaboration and driving results.

Develop team capabilities through mentorship, skill-building initiatives, and technical guidance.

Act as the key technical authority and mentor for project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of projects and deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

Develop and implement cost-out strategies to optimize material, manufacturing, and design processes.

Manage and oversee the creation of should-cost models to provide accurate cost estimations and insights.

Identify and drive innovative opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or performance.

Own and oversee all aspects of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in value engineering and costing processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables.

Present technical solutions, cost optimization strategies, and project updates to Client and relevant teams.Strong expertise in value engineering principles and cost optimization techniques.
