Manager - Employee Engagement

Support the HR at the respective location across the various human resource functions, including employee engagement, grievance handling

Propose financial budget for employee engagement programme .

Ensure that engagement activities are completed within allocated budgets

Arrange for the induction of new joiners and complete all joining formalities for them
