Manager - RTM (Route To Market) & DMS

Role & responsibilities

Building the RTM (Route To Market) Strategies for various market models across state markets

Set the Sales Processes (Planning, primary, secondary sales execution for sales excellence)

Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies

Beat planning with Route optimization

Building up the Sales force automation (SFA) for planning to analytics

Identifying training needs and building and imparting training for front line sales team

Building training capability and imparting training to the DSMs

Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors/ sales team performance

Ensuring 100% secondary sales visibility through DMS Apps

Ensures beat plans are practical and constantly revised to include/add new outlets

Preferred candidate profile

Must have RTM experience in his career in FMCG industry

Preferable working experience in Sothern part of India

Must handled RSM/ZSM/State Head/Regional Head role
