• Responsible for Electrical Hardware Design, Software Development and delivery Understanding Projects Requirements.
• Support Pre - Sales for Technical offer and costing.
• Visit Customer sites for technical discussion during presales.
• Vendor evaluation & development
• Coordinate with vendors for quality & timely deliveries
• Projects Planning & Scheduling.
• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Focus on company goals, safety practices, and deadlines & demonstrate them.
• Ensure the Software are developed as per Order Confirmation, PID and as per Masters.
• Timely update of the Software and Hardware and match to current fechnology.
• Oversees the team member & vendors work for quality and guideline compliance, Support Documentation team for solving technical queries related documentation.
• support the customer support team for resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure the CAPA points are closed timely and implanting actions in all projects.
• Visit site as when require supporting service team.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing and Quality team to exhibit the FAT to the customer at the scheduled date.
• Ensure Timely dispatch of the projects and coordinate with the Service team for installation as per scope.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, automation and controls.
• Good knowledge of Controls panels, Process instruments, sensors and switchgears.
• Should read and understand the Electrical drawing, Process and Instrumentation diagram and design the controls.
• In depth knowledge of IPCs, IT and Networks.
• Good knowledge on Edge device, loT, Cloud computing.
