The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. We are looking for someone who will work closely with the Co-founder supporting an array of Org-wide projects and initiatives. If you're passionate about fintech and MSME financing, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. What you will work on:
- Work with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate growth strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop detailed financial models to support fundraising and M&A activities.
- Support in the due diligence process for acquisitions and investments, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- Support in calendar management for the Co-founder and assisting in ensuring optimization of meetings through preparation and circulation of predefined agenda, meeting minutes and following up on key action items.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
- Prior experience in investment banking is preferred.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from a IIM/ISB + CA/engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
- Deep knowledge of financial modeling and M&A processes.
- Prior experience in fintech or the financial services sector is a significant advantage.
