About the Role We are looking for a motivated functional manager to lead our APAC team who is passionate about delivering successful outcomes for enterprise customers. The Manager/SM (PDM) is both a people manager and Functional Consultant and expert in their domain. In this critical role - the PDM Manager will accelerate time to value of business outcomes and ensure successful large-scale and complex implementations integrating with a robust tech stack (Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, etc.). Practice Ownership The PDM Manager / Senior Manager serves as the functional lead for Eightfold.AIs enterprise customers throughout Eightfolds Talent Intelligence Platform implementation and successful go-live journey. Provide strategic functional leadership and guide customers through intricate implementation processes Clearly understand customer business challenges and use cases. Advocate for customers, serve as an escalation point, and ensure timely issue resolution. Demonstrate benefits of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform to address customer challenges. Configure EFs AI Platform according to Best Practices for quick Time to Value. Perform testing on the platform to ensure accurate configuration. Provide expertise and guidance to both internal teams and external partners/customers. Ensure timely delivery of assigned implementation. Build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects. Continuous review and improvement of methodology and delivery best practices- encouraging innovation in technology and process. People Management: Ensure your team of functional experts deliver exceptional project outcomes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Participate in resource planning, resourcing allocation and capacity planning. Develop strategies for knowledge management, practice growth, and team enablement, aligned with the broader Solution Delivery goals. Create a high-performance culture through ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development initiatives. What we need: 5-10+ years of experience in: people management, functional consulting, professional services, and/or project management Proven track record in leading large-scale ATS/HRIS system implementations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or other talent/recruitment management platforms). Bonus points for hands-on experience with Workday Talent implementations, including configuration of HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance, and related reporting. Strong Project execution and project management skills Strong functional consulting experience with expertise in defining business requirements and managing scope for change orders and expansions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations of the platforms value. Working knowledge of API integrations, data migration, and platform scalability considerations. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate technical configurations and recommend optimizations. Experience in managing IT, consulting, or SaaS projects/implementations Strong resource planning and capacity management skills to align team efforts with project goals and timelines. Ability to work with different functional technical consultants Bachelors degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent work experience Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade HCM systems, SaaS platforms, or project management technologies is highly desirable.
