As part of the corporate development team, this role willfocus on supporting and executing the organizationMA strategy, workingclosely with leadership to identify, evaluate, and integrate acquisitiontargets. The MA Manager will prioritize developing a robust pipeline ofacquisition targets, conducting financial valuations, and leading due diligenceprocesses to drive growth through strategic acquisitions. The role will alsocontribute to the broader corporate strategy roadmap, execution and market growthanalysis.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
MA Target Identification and Outreach:
Build and maintain a network of bankers, consultants, andindustry contacts to proactively source MA opportunities that align withgrowth objectives.
Establish and update a qualified list of acquisition targetsbased on strategic fit, potential synergies, and growth potential.
Support deal structuring and financial negotiations,ensuring alignment with strategic goals and shareholder value.
Due Diligence and Transaction Management:
Lead the end-to-end due diligence process, includingcoordination with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations).
Collaborate with leadership to present findings, addressrisks, and support the decision-making process, ensuring smooth transactionclosures.
Corporate Strategy and Market Growth:
Support the corporate strategy roadmap for the business witha focus on defining the market size, key growth trends, competitive landscapesand growth imperatives, and build a strategy roadmap.
Driving strategy execution with a focus on key metricsdriving results and actionable agreed.
Drive engagements that require building new growth markets,building partnerships, and identifying JV opportunities.
Qualifications:
Masterdegree in business or related field (Finance,Sales, Marketing) or another discipline of relevance
4+ years of experience in MA, due diligence, valuation,and corporate strategy
Preferable experience in Electronics ManufacturingEngineering services or IT services
Proven track record in MA transactions, with strongskills in financial modelling, deal evaluation, negotiation and Strategyexecution.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder managementskills
