Manager - Contract Abstraction - LLB (8-11 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager-Legal specializing in Contract Abstraction, Project Management and People Management. The person should have worked in LPO/BPO/Consulting and must have handled a team size of at least 20 people

Location- Mumbai-Goregaon

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team size of 30-40 LLB Associates.

- Overseeing and managing the contract abstraction process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

- Reviewing and analyzing legal contracts to identify key information and potential risks.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance.

- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and provide training on legal contract abstraction best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Law with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

- Solid understanding of legal terminologies and contract management processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
