Manager F&A

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager - F&A (Profit and Loss) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the organization, including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, including identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, including experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and profit and loss.
• Required qualification CMA Inter/MBA/Other Financial degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience with financial software, including ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
